Hi, I'm Jennifer Kerr-Marsch. I've spent 15 years as a residential designer in Florida drawing plan sets, and watching them come back from the county over the same small things, again and again. Every resubmittal meant weeks lost and a client wondering what went wrong.

I built PlanClear because I was tired of it. It's the pre-check I always wished I had: it reads your plans the way a Florida plan examiner does, and tells you what to fix before you submit with the sheet reference and a plain-language fix for every issue.

PlanClear isn't here to replace the county's review, and it isn't a generic national code tool. It's built for Florida residential work specifically — the 2023 Florida Building Code, your jurisdiction's requirements, and the wind, flood, and coastal rules that actually get plans flagged here.

The goal is simple: fewer resubmittals, fewer RFIs, fewer weeks lost. Less RFI, more life.
